4. Look at the whiteness. Paper towels are not as white as possible. In order to improve the whiteness of paper, some production companies will excessively increase the fluorescent whitening agent to remove stubborn stains. In fact, the state has a clear definition of the whiteness of paper towels, and the whiteness of products such as paper towel specifications A is 85.0%-90.0%. If the whiteness of the paper exceeds 90.0%, it is not in compliance with the specifications. Therefore, it is advocated that consumers should not buy paper that is too white or pan-green or blu-ray. The color of normal paper towels should be ivory white and natural white.
